I'M EMPLOYED!!!

seriously, this was awesome! i applied for ONE job, heard back the next day, to set up a skype interview for tuesday, had to provide 2 references, they said they would get back to me by friday, i had a second skype interview wednesday and they offered me the job!!!! HOW CAN GETTING A JOB IN HONG KONG BE WAY LESS PAINFUL THAT FINDING ONE IN AMERICA!! i don't know, but i'm happy!!

so its with real little kids, 8months-6years, from what i understand they provide all the curriculum, so i just have to follow it, and make a few props along the way. It should be a lot of singing, reading books, and "messy play" hahaha. 30 teaching hours a week, at 18,000 HKD/month, about 2,300 USD, and then i am eligible for raises after the training period. It seems pretty good, and i'm so super excited!

my only problem is i happened to look at my passport and realized i only have three blank pages left, i'm really worried that isn't enough, but i just noticed it today and i don't think i can get extra pages before i leave. . .so i guess i'll just hope for the best and see how it all works out.
